Dolphins had an exciting opportunity last Friday to deepen their Art knowledge by learning from local potter and artist Elaine King and expert Art leaders at Allenbourn Middle School. They enjoyed a clay skills workshop with Elaine in the Art room at Allenbourn to create a clay tile and learn about the kiln and firing process. Once the tiles have been fired, later in the year they will have a unique opportunity to glaze and fire them again to create a beautiful finished tile!
